Shouldn't you just go and practice out on the trails? there are so many variables that you take into account out on the trail, that you won't get from riding in a carpark. IMO

the mass of my tire effects rotational weight alot more then the rims, which is a mear 40 grams anyways. my tires are like 2 and a half pounds each, 40 grams on the rims wont change a thing

the rims weight less then mtx 39,s double tracks, mag 30s ... and ive never seen one of those rims build up to be 8kg.
